Without Adequate Levels of these Hormones, your Bones and Cartilage can Weaken

Without Adequate Levels of these Hormones, your Bones and Cartilage can Weaken

Hormones play a huge roll in the strength and flexibility of your muscles, bone, cartilage, tendons and ligaments.

There are 3 parts to a joint that keep a joint healthy and strong.

1. The bone and cartilage of the joint itself
2. The tendons and ligaments that hold the bones in place and attach the muscle to the bone
3. The muscle that support the joint

Bone and Cartilage are dependent on all 3 Sex Hormones - Estrogen, Progesterone AND Testosterone!

Without adequate levels of these sex hormones, your bone and cartilage weaken.

Tendons and Ligaments need adequate Estrogen. Without Estrogen, your Tendons and Ligaments become stiff and less flexible which results in higher risk of injury and less flexibility.

Also, as we age, Testosterone can become imbalanced with Estrogen because Estrogen declines at a faster rate than Testosterone.

This Unbalanced ratio between Testosterone and Estrogen result in WEAKER Tendons and Ligaments, so its a double whammy!

We're LUCKY to have Bioidentical Hormones Available to us now!
