DIM - Di-indolemethane is a natural substance that is high in cruciferous vegetables (like kale, cauliflower, broccoli, brussel sprouts, collards, mustard greens, radishes, watercress, boy chow, and turnips), that has been shown to decrease rates of female cancers like breast cancer and ovarian cancer. It is also associated with lower rates of colon cancer.
