A Healthy GUT is CRITICAL to Your OVERALL Health!

So, how do you know if your GUT is Healthy?

Hormone changes occur in ALL of us as we age. That’s pretty much a guarantee. All sorts of signs and symptoms of hormone decline become dog-gone obvious... with hot flashes, night sweats, bloating, weight gain, sleep problems, muscle loss, joint pain, stiffness, hair loss, wrinkles, sagging skin, irritability, mood changes, vaginal dryness... need I go on?

FORTUNATELY, we can curb a lot of these symptoms while also preserving bone, brain, breast and heart health SIMPLY by supplementing with Bioidentical Hormones.

But sometimes we STILL have symptoms that are quite frustrating that our hormones don’t fully take care of. They help… but don’t resolve ALL the symptoms. Like getting our weight back to where we REALLY want it. That seems to be the toughest area to deal with.

In fact your GUT is THE CRITICAL player in many of your HORMONES and NEUROTRANSMITTERS! That’s right! The little microscopic bacteria inside your bowels are actually Responsible for even MAKING NUTRIENTS! 

Did you know that MOST of your Vitamin K is produced by the bacteria in your GUT?

And did you know that MOST of the Neurotransmitter Serotonin (your Happy Hormone) is ALSO made by the bacteria in your GUT?

And did you know that a recent large study identified a higher risk of Parkinson’s disease if you have had your appendix out? The appendix is located right off of the Cecum – the very area of the GUT where the highest concentration of bacteria live! Is that the association?

You have probably heard of “Leaky Gut”. And the Brain - GUT connection.

Leaky Gut is a condition where the bowel has become inflamed, causing very fragile walls in the intestine. 

When this happens... (and it's VERY easy to happen)... it's a massive problem! 

You see, the small intestine’s wall is only ONE cell layer think! (Think of your skin having SEVEN layers... and your GUT... the organ that carries toxins out of your body - is only ONE layer thick?!

The cells that make up this cell wall are interconnected to each other by something called “tight junctions” that are supposed to keep the cells nice and tight - and held together so that undigested food, toxins, waste material, bacteria, fungi, and viruses, cannot get through between the cells - and into the bloodstream where they cause havoc on the body.

COMMON Signs of Leaky Gut include chronic constipation or diarrhea, ongoing bloating and gas, weight gain, the inability to lose weight, anxiety, depression and poor concentration (think BRAIN – GUT connection), fatigue, rashes, cravings for sugar or salt, headaches, and the dreaded Autoimmune Conditions such as Hashimoto’s Low Thyroid, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus and even Multiple Sclerosis.

Ladies… our GUT is such an amazing critical organ in our bodies. Who would have every thought? The first time I did a GUT cleanse and DETOX I could not believe the AMAZING knowledge and experience I gained. AND, how GREAT I felt during and afterward! It changed my life, my diet, and my health!

I’ve been doing GUT cleanses every year (and sometimes more than once a year) ever since.
